These fudgy, nutrient-packed brownies are made with sweet potatoes and pure cacao for a guilt-free dessert. They’re gluten-free, naturally sweetened, and full of fiber — perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings the healthy way.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato

  • 2 tablespoons 100% cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey or xylitol

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
