Ingredients:
1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
2 tablespoons 100% cacao powder
1 tablespoon honey or xylitol
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
